The ROC. Status: Green. Stability: Yellow

Redwall is a reasonably popular series. There are several alive and kicking communities of the ROC; Redwall Online Community. A while back, even as close as 2009, the ROC was almost dead. And even now, its not out of danger.
In the beginning, the ROC was discovered. It flourished, with sites like Terrouge growing and flourishing. Some died, and were taken down. Some died and, like Terrouge (1998-2012) stayed up; a dead remembrance of what had been. Terrouge was dying in the early times. It was dying. Highly successful at first, it had become a comercial enterprise.
There was the Long Patrol Club (status: dormant). It, after Terrouge started dying, was the place. In fact, Long Patrol Club held up the ROC for years. Even now it could be restored by five new, active members.
From Long Patrol Club was spawned the oldest very active non-official group of the ROC still existing: the Redwall Wiki.
It was founded to stop the ROC from dying. LordTBT created it, and brought to the world one of the most active RW communities in existence.
However, Redwall Wiki wasn't a social place for discussion. That leaves two perfect options that I am aware of; this community and the official RW forums: redwallabbey.com/forums.

Category Renamed (& Moved)

The "Discussion" Category has been renamed to "Random Redwall Stuff." It has also been moved to the end of all the categories. This will not affect existing posts, beyond those posted in Discussion being labeled Random Redwall Stuff.
Why this name? Well, a lot of the posts in "Discussion" aren't really discussion, but Random Redwall Stuff! So, I decided to make this change. And, best of all, it won't affect the way we use the community at all! Just be sure to post in the right category :)

Categories Update

I just updated the categories section. This will not delete any posts. All this update does is include all the books, in the correct order. The format goes "Redwall & Mossflower," ect. The categories after "Triss & Loamhedge" remain unchanged.
This section has undergone a lot of change. I will assure you this is the last category change beyond adding another category once in a while. This is a very good thing, because having category names change is very detrimental to the overall experience of the community.
We hope this will improve the experience of the community.
Although the RW community is small when compared to larger communities, it has been very successful. The interaction is wonderful, the posts great, and the Role Play has been thriving.
So, post in the right section, and this time you won't wake up to find out that your posts are in the wrong category or were deleted.
